Alamgirian Driving School ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Alamgirian DS mobile and web application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

The Alamgirian DS App is exclusively for enrolled students of Alamgirian Driving School. Accounts are created by instructors — there is no public self-registration. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.

We collect only the information necessary to provide the App's functionality:

We do not collect: payment information, location data, contacts, photos, microphone input, or any advertising identifiers.

• To authenticate you and maintain your login session
• To save and display your study progress and exam scores
• To allow your instructor to monitor your progress
• To improve the App's content and performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication), hosted in Google Cloud data centres. Firebase applies industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Biometric credentials (Face ID / fingerprint) are stored exclusively in your device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). They are never transmitted to our servers.

Your data is retained for as long as you are an active student of Alamgirian Driving School. When your enrolment ends, your instructor can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

The App does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Firebase may use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are used.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
